هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه اثر هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس و مکمل دهی پودر دانه کرفس بر سطوح سرمی CRP و ESR زنان میانسال مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید بود. روششناسی: تعداد 40 نفر از زنان مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شریعتی تهران با میانگین سنی 5/35±53/10 و میانگین وزنی 5/93±62/37 به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه کنترل (10=n)، تمرین و دارونما (10=n)، مکمل (10=n) و مکمل و تمرین (10=n) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه تمرین به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته با شدت 65 درصد از حداکثر ضربان قلب به مدت 60 دقیقه به انجام تمرینهای پیلاتس پرداختند. بیماران گروه مکمل به مدت 8 هفته، روزانه به میزان 1/3 گرم دانه کرفس پودر شده در سه وعده مصرف کردند. یافتهها با وجود کاهش CRP سرم گروه تمرین+مکمل (p <0/05)، تغییر معنی داری در ESR منجر نشد (p≥0/05). نتیجه گیری: مصرف توام مکمل پودر دانه کرفس تمرین های ورزشی پیلاتس تا حدی در کنترل التهاب بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید مؤثر است، اما به دلیل کمبود شواهد و محدودیتهای تحقیق، هنوز نیاز به بررسیهای بیشتر باقی است. | ||
