هدف : هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر تمرین در آب و خشکی بر عملکرد اندوتلیال، التهاب و استرس اکسیداتیو مردان مسن دارای اضافه وزن بود. روش کار: 30 مرد دارای اضافه وزن 50 تا 55 ساله با شاخص توده بدنی بین 25 تا 30 به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه تمرین در آب دریا، تمرین در ساحل و کنترل (هر گروه 10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته اجرا شد. تمرین (هم در ساحل و هم در آب دریا) شامل 25 دقیقه دویدن بود که برای هفتههای اول تا هشتم به ترتیب با 60%، 65%، 70%، 70%، 75%، 75%، 80% و 85% ضربان قلب بیشینه انجام شد. برای کنترل ضربان قلب از ضربان سنج پلار استفاده شد. 24 ساعت قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه مداخلات نمونه خونی در وضعیت 12 ساعت ناشتایی از همه گروهها گرفته شد. برای هر نمونه مقادیر پروتئین فاز حاد، مالون دی آلدهید، اندوتلین 1، نیتریک اکساید و پاسخ اتساع عروق حاصل از جریان خون اندازه گیری شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که سطوح MDA، CRP و ET-1 در دو گروه تمرین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به طور معنادار کاهش و مقادیر NO و FMD در دو گروه تمرین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به طور معنادار افزایش یافتند (p <0/05)، اما تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه تمرین وجود نداشت (P>0/05). نتیجه گیری: احتمالا تمرین هوازی هم در آب دریا و هم در خشکی می تواند منجر به بهبود عملکرد اندوتلیال مردان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن می شود و از این طریق از بروز بیماری های قلبی عروقی در این افراد پیشگیری میکند. تصور بر این است که کاهش استرس اکسیداتیو و التهاب از دلایل عمدهی بهبود عملکرد اندوتلیال بدنبال تمرین هوازی میباشند. | ||
