چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از این مطالعه اثر ده هفته تمرین ورزشی هوازی بر مقدار اینترلوکین-6 و 17 سرم، کیفیت زندگی و عزت نفس در زنان جوان دارای اضافه وزن بود. روش شناسی: 15 دختر دانشجو دارای اضافه وزن (BMI 25 تا 32 و با دامنه سنی 19 تا 30 سال) به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین و کنترل قرار گرفتند. تمرین هوازی به مدت 10 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته، باشدت 55% تا 75% ضربان قلب ذخیره به مدت 45-30 دقیقه در هر جلسه برگزار شد. نمونه های خونی و Vo2max قبل و بعد از مداخله انجام شدند و همچنین پرسشنامه های عزت نفس، کیفیت زندگی و تصویر بدنی نیز تکمیل شدند. از آزمون های آماری t وابسته و t مستقل برای بررسی آماری داده ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: تمرین هوازی فقط تصویر بدنی و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی را بهبود داد و در مورد سایر متغیرها تفاوت معنی داری در طول تحقیق مشاهده نشد(0.05<p). نتیجه گیری: تمرین هوازی با وجود عدم تاثیر بر وضعیت التهابی در زنان دارای اضافه وزن، سبب بهبود تصویر بدنی و آمادگی هوازی می شود که بر کیفیت زندگی تاثیر دارند. | ||
